Concept Smoke Screen hold two ISO certificates: ISO 9001 - Quality Management and ISO 14001 - Environmental Management. What does this mean? In short, it means that we have been recognised for delivering superior quality products and for fulfilling our environmental responsibilities. We are dedicated to consistently producing excellent products for our customers and to looking after the planet for future generations.

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management. The goal of this certification is to ensure that businesses are providing products and services that meet, and exceed, the expectations of customers and other stakeholders. It is the most widely used QMS (quality management system) in the world, and over 1 million certificates have been issued to organisations in 178 countries.

Receiving an ISO 9001 certificate means that a business has been externally and independently recognised as being able to consistently produce quality products and services. As innovators and leaders in the security fog industry, we're extremely proud to have our products and services recognised at this level, and - most importantly - we're proud that we continue to provide our customers with excellent products and services that keep them safe and secure.

What is ISO 14001?

ISO 14001 sets the standard globally for environmental practices in management systems. Businesses that receive this certification are recognised as meeting high standards with regards to their environmental policy.

Did you know that although 70% of office waste is recyclable, only 7.5% of that waste reaches a recycling facility?

Recycling, industry efficiency and monitoring our carbon footprint are top priorities for us, so we're gratified to have this recognised once again in this audit.
